Lent Group – there will be a weekly meeting starting
Monday 11 February 10.00 – 11.00 am at the Vicarage. We shall be using a ‘York Course’ on ‘The
Lord’s Prayer’ with an accompanying CD for input from various speakers. All are most welcome.

Mary Taylor wishes to thank everyone for their
prayers, good wishes, cards and visits, while in hospital she is now home hopefully
for good.
Confirmation – I have been approached about this
by a number of folk – if you are interested in this step or, indeed, of
renewing confirmation or baptismal promise made a while ago please have a word
with me-David
Loose Change! Following a suggestion there will be a box
at the back of the church for any ‘loose change’ anyone one would like to pass
in this direction
